Lekeeta Charley is the Chairman & CEO of L. Charley Enterprises, LLC and its subsidiary Exclusive Senior Solutions, LLC. Ms. Charley was born and raised in Chicago and for nearly 25 years, she has been a proven leader in both the non-for-profit and government sector,

creating programs and services in the areas of workforce and economic development to a diverse population in the Chicagoland communities.

Lekeeta has worked for and with some of the oldest and most prominent companies in the industry to provide workforce training, financial literacy, and asset management, to name a few. These companies include:

As a Workforce Analyst and Specialist, Lekeeta has partnered with government agencies to pursue their goals, including, but not limited to the U.S Department of Labor and the U.S Department of Commerce, Bureau of Census.

In these roles, Lekeeta;

Provided technical assistance to 50 grant funded organizations for the entire Midwest region
Established partnerships with local government entities and community-based organizations
Served as the National Office liaison and Grant Panelist for many US Federal agencies

Garnering Results

Founded the Center for Workforce Development in which the agency garnered funding from the City of Chicago in the amount of $300,000 to create customized job training programs in the hospitality industry, specifically for the prison reentry population.
Oversaw $1,000,000 operating budgets for all workforce development programs funded through city, state, federal, corporations, and foundations for the Center for Workforce Development at CCIL.
Developed programs in health care, housing, and benefit services to approximately 1,200 clients residing in permanent supportive housing.

As of late, Ms. Charley has made the decision to become self-employed and focus more on caring for her elderly parents. After the untimely death of her brother, she successfully passed her state licensure exam and has obtained an Insurance Producer License to aid others in obtaining life insurance coverage to protect their loved ones.
